Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. She began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card in the year following at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after which she decided to stop gym class. After only a year her age, she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. She was among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years the stage in order to complete her education at college. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left performing in elite events like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show was a success, she competed over the years, and she set higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness titles. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. Her return came in October 2015 to compete in her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. The summer of 2016 she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage two months later taking home 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have achieved 6th place in the Fitness division despite not having any expectations. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel keeps working to improve her body. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pull-ups on a machine and bent-over rows. The majority of the time she warms up before moving on to the workout sets. Ariel is also very efficient with time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings in all the back exercises she does. This is typically three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
